updated, and accessible with incredible
connectivity and network strength. We are

Service Level Agreement:
BloxDesign
& SimOps guarantee that our connectivity
will be available at least 99% of the time
(even though we are normally available 100%
of the time).
The
BloxDesign & SimOps Service Level Agreement
(SLA) ensures Internet connectivity is provided
to SimOps servers a minimum of 99.6% of
the time and, as set forth below, SimOps
will credit the Customer's account if SimOps
fails to meet this SLA during any given
calendar month. Credits are not issued for
downtime resulting from the following:
1.
Scheduled Server/Network Maintenance
2. Network Issues Outside The SimOps &
BloxDesign Data center
3. Force Majeure
Any
downtime is recorded using a third party
monitoring service called Site Uptime and
Alertra. Site Uptime and Alertra combined,
monitors our servers 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week every 5 minutes and their global
reporting stations take turns checking the
servers (their global reporting stations
are located in Detroit, Frankfurt, London,
Los Angeles and Oklahoma City). If a station
reports a failure, the next station will
check it again within 30 seconds. After
three consecutive failures from different
stations, the server will be marked down.
We rate each instance case by case. We alos
use Urchin Web Stats so you can track your
site activity.
