• All ThrowBacks are in brand new dead stock condition.
• All prices on site or quoted by email are in US dollars.
• Please before you make a purchase e-mail us and get all the information on the product to make sure you want it with 100%.
• All orders will be processed in 48-72 hours.  Please allow 10 business days for your product to arrive.

Return Policy

• No exchanges or refunds on any product(s) unless the error/problem with the product is due to a mistake by ThrowBackTown.
• Exchanges on Jerseys can be made only if the jerseys are in unworn condition.  This mean's you have NEVER worn it not even once.
• Reasons for which we will allow an exchange: factory defect on the shoes, or mistake made on the part of ThrowBacktown. 
• Reasons for which we will not allow an exchange: Color of the product didn't look like it looked on the picture, Jerseys had minor color differences from the picture, jersey did not fit.
• All customers are required to email us within 2 days of receiving their product(s) if they need to report a problem.
• No refunds on any orders placed.
• If there is a error on our part we ask you send it back to our address we provide and we will send you a new pair!  If it comes to our warehouse and we check it and it is what we were supposed to send you then we keep the shoe and we do not send a new pair or refund you.  Also, the customer has to pay for the shipping charges.
• ASAF - All Sales are final - ask any questions you have before ordering to prevent any future issues.
